Tadchorale is pleased to announce that the chosen charity for this year is; Water Aid
The repertoire ranges from Classical to jazz, A Capella to five and six part harmony, old and new. As well as entertaining and fund raising the choir sings at weddings, particularly at Hazlewood Castle.
Tadchorale give several concerts each year and has earned an excellent reputation. Our last great project was the choral composition Sacrifices by Patrick J Lee Which was received with great acclaim.
Sacrifices takes some of the more poignant poems of the First World War Poets; Rupert Brooke, Wilfred Owen, Alan Seegar, Isaac Rosenberg, John McCrae and Herman Hesse, and sets them to music, creating an atmospheric and moving act of remembrance.
